Job Description
PS is revolutionizing the travel experience by redefining how the world moves through airports. As a company specializing in building and operating private airport terminals, PS transforms the often stressful and chaotic commercial air travel process into a seamless, luxurious journey for its guests. With existing terminals at major international hubs such as Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), PS is rapidly expanding with new facilities underway at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Miami International Airport (MIA). This expansion solidifies PS's role as a pioneer setting new global standards in luxury hospitality and travel convenience. PS terminals provide an exclusive airport environment that offers privacy, ease, and security normally reserved for private flights, but accessible to commercial airline travelers. Through exclusive partnerships with TSA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, PS guests enjoy expedited, line-free departures and arrivals. Every aspect of the travel experience is meticulously coordinated by a dedicated team, offering private TSA screening, dedicated customs and immigration services, and luxury chauffeur transfers that take travelers directly to or from their aircraft, bypassing crowds and delays.
Inside the terminals, guests have access to serene, private suites, gourmet dining prepared by top chefs, spa services, and attentive personalized service. Moreover, a specially staffed Control Room discreetly coordinates with government, airline, and security partners to ensure efficiency, safety, and peace of mind throughout each travel experience. PS prides itself on replacing the typical airport frustrations such as long lines, crowded terminals, and baggage headaches with elegant calm and superior service that makes air travel truly enjoyable.
The role of Concierge at PS is essential in maintaining and enhancing this luxurious travel experience. Serving as an integral part of the traveler journey, the Concierge acts as the primary touchpoint for guest coordination up to 24 hours before their travel. This role involves proactive outreach to guests to ensure all needs and preferences for their visit are anticipated and fulfilled, guaranteeing smooth and enjoyable arrivals and departures. The Concierge coordinates day-of travel requirements by liaising with various operational departments within the terminal, managing suite preparations including catering and third-party services, and addressing any onsite traveler inquiries via phone, text, and email communications. Reporting directly to the PS LAX Director of Hospitality, the Concierge contributes importantly to closing any potential gaps in service and ensures every guest receives exceptional, tailored attention.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with compensation of $31.93 per hour and offers overtime opportunities. PS values diversity and inclusion and is committed to sustaining a people-first culture. Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability coverage, a 401K retirement plan with company matching, health and dependent care flexible and health savings accounts with company matching, merit-based raises and bonuses, paid time off prorated annually, wellness allowances, phone reimbursements, paid training, and clear career advancement opportunities. The position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate PS's 24-hour operations, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. If you are passionate about luxury hospitality and ready to join an innovative company reshaping air travel, the Concierge role at PS offers a unique and rewarding career path.
