Job Description

PS is a pioneering company transforming the landscape of commercial air travel by building and operating private airport terminals that deliver a seamless luxury experience for travelers. Currently, PS serves guests at prominent locations including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), with new terminals under development at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Miami International Airport (MIA). Job Requirements

  • experience working around confidential and sensitive information
  • experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related role
  • knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft systems
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • interpersonal and time management skills
  • ability to quickly problem solve for the success of the traveler experience and flight reservation
  • pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • collection of SSN as part of background check process will be required
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • fully open schedule availability and flexibility including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • perform traveler outreach via texting platform
  • coordinate day-of travel needs with knowledge of operational departments
  • plan and coordinate suite arrangements including third-party services and food and beverage orders
  • handle phone calls from onsite travelers and communicate information to relevant departments
  • respond to text and email inquiries within standard response times
