PS is a pioneering company transforming the landscape of commercial air travel by building and operating private airport terminals that deliver a seamless luxury experience for travelers. Currently, PS serves guests at prominent locations including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), with new terminals under development at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Miami International Airport (MIA). Job Requirements
- experience working around confidential and sensitive information
- experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry related role
- knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft systems
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- interpersonal and time management skills
- ability to quickly problem solve for the success of the traveler experience and flight reservation
- pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- collection of SSN as part of background check process will be required
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- fully open schedule availability and flexibility including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform traveler outreach via texting platform
- coordinate day-of travel needs with knowledge of operational departments
- plan and coordinate suite arrangements including third-party services and food and beverage orders
- handle phone calls from onsite travelers and communicate information to relevant departments
- respond to text and email inquiries within standard response times
