Currently, Rolling Green Village is seeking a hospitality-minded part-time Concierge to join their Front Desk team on a PRN, or as-needed, basis. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support and engage with residents, guests, and staff members. The position requires availability to work during some evenings, weekends, and holidays, allowing the community to maintain a high level of service around the clock. The Concierge plays a critical role as the first point of contact in the front office, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with various administrative tasks. This includes answering phone calls routed through the interactive voice response system, helping residents with copying, faxing, and dealing with postal mail, as well as managing supply orders for the office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community’s atmosphere by ensuring all visitors feel welcomed and valued.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Thorough knowledge and skill in typing, proofreading and word processing
- Have attention to detail
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- High School graduate
- Must display a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude toward all people
Job Duties
- Opens and/or closes the concierge desk
- Properly secures all files, keys and equipment in the office area
- Available to work some holidays
- Helps answer all calls directed to the Front Desk from the IVR (interactive voice response)
- Assists residents with copying, faxing, US mail and other services
