Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Proficient with computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work flexibly in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful personality

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure safety and investigate unusual activity
  • Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • Receive and distribute packages, plants, prescription drugs, and other items
  • Maintain sign in/out logs for community keys and gate passes
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions
  • Respond to resident, family, and employee concerns promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
