The Apartment Concierge position at Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions plays a crucial role in the overall resident experience by serving as the first and central point of contact for service-related issues. The individual in this position is self-motivated and highly oriented toward hospitality, acting as the liaison between residents and the various services and amenities available within the community. This role is essential in fostering a friendly, helpful environment, ensuring residents receive prompt assistance with inquiries about dining, travel, entertainment, events, and other community resources.
Apart from answering resident questions and assisting with reservations, the Apartment Concierge manages communications by screening calls, greeting visitors, and handling incoming mail. Clerical duties such as typing correspondence and maintaining resident directories and event schedules are also part of the role. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and strong communication capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for responding to the Emergency Call System and building alarms, conducting periodic security rounds, processing work orders, and supporting the Resident Services Director as needed.
This position requires a minimum of one-year experience in a business office environment and proficiency with computer software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. It is expected that the candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills and can communicate clearly and professionally in English. The ability to handle light physical tasks and frequent interpersonal interactions is also necessary.

Job Duties

- updates census, resident directory and birthday list
- provides basic community information
- ensures marketing brochures are available

- administers Stat Check System

- provides courteous service to residents, guests and co-workers
- handles resident emergency situations in absence of Resident Services Director
