Job Description

Bridge Senior Living is a highly respected senior living community recognized as a certified Great Place to Work for the years 2025-2026. This designation reflects our commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment where employees can thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. Our community is built on a foundation of care, respect, and innovation, catering to the unique needs of our residents by providing an engaging, safe, and vibrant atmosphere. We believe in enriching the lives of our residents and employees alike, ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered.

As a Concierge at Bridge Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in shaping the residents' daily experiences from the moment they arrive. This is not just a front desk role; it is an opportunity to create warmth, trust, and a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. Your responsibilities include greeting guests with professionalism and courtesy, managing sign-in and sign-out procedures, and efficiently handling communications and inquiries. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact, offering exceptional customer service that reflects the values and standards of Bridge Senior Living.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or GED, be CPR certified, and bring at least one year of related experience. This role demands someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has a genuine passion for helping others. You will be expected to manage a multitude of tasks such as coordinating package deliveries, directing phone calls appropriately, and responding promptly to residents' requests for assistance, referring them to other staff when necessary.

Joining Bridge Senior Living means becoming part of a community that prioritizes equal opportunity and inclusiveness. Our Equal Employment Opportunity statement highlights our dedication to providing a discrimination-free workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected status.

Employment at Bridge Senior Living offers more than just a job; it is a chance to make a lasting difference while developing your career in the senior care industry. We support our employees with accommodations for disabilities and alternative application methods to ensure accessibility for all candidates. With a culture rooted in care and respect, working as a Concierge here means joining a team that values your contributions and supports your personal and professional growth. #SeniorLivingJobs #ConciergeOpportunity #GreatPlaceToWork
