This position offers part-time employment with a shift available on a PRN basis and requires weekend availability. The hourly wage for this role is $15.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation. The Concierge acts as the first impression of The Delaney at Georgetown, serving as a key point of contact and a resource for information and assistance. Responsibilities include providing telephone coverage, managing deliveries, resolving issues raised by residents and visitors to prevent escalation, preparing maintenance requests, and supporting administrative projects alongside the Business Office Manager. Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and serves individuals appropriately
  • keep difficult situations from escalating
  • accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify the resident of delivery
  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
