The role of Concierge at Bridge Senior Living is pivotal in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations, which includes greeting and assisting those who enter the community, handling clerical tasks, and coordinating communications. Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner
- Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors
- Handle and direct incoming phone calls
- Inform residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries
- Accommodate residents' requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary
