Job Description
This opportunity is provided by a growing concierge primary care practice operating in the outpatient setting in the Chicago and Hinsdale, Illinois areas. The practice focuses on delivering personalized and relationship-based healthcare to a panel of approximately 200-250 patients per physician. As a concierge medicine model, it prioritizes patients' urgent healthcare needs while maintaining a flexible schedule and avoiding inpatient responsibilities. The practice is dedicated to preventive medicine, wellness, and creating long-term relationships with patients and their families. The environment supports physicians who value working in a low-volume, patient-centered setting and desire a healthy work-life balance.
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Concierge Primary Care Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join this outpatient concierge primary care practice. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, managing a dedicated panel of patients with personalized attention that fosters long-term trust and strong physician-patient relationships. The position offers a Monday through Friday weekday schedule with a flexible physician timetable, minimal weekend patient visits, and shared coverage during leave periods. There are no inpatient duties tied to this role, allowing focus solely on outpatient patient care.
The ideal candidate holds board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and meets state licensing requirements with hospital privileges possibilities. An important feature of this role is the ability to coordinate care efficiently with specialists and referral networks while addressing urgent patient needs promptly within the concierge model framework. Physicians with experience in executive health or concierge medicine and an interest in lifestyle medicine, wellness, and preventive care will find this position particularly rewarding.
This role demands a minimum of three years of experience in outpatient primary care, emphasizing longitudinal patient care. New graduates are not eligible for this position, as the practice seeks experienced clinicians who can immediately contribute to the high standards of patient management and clinical judgment required. The practice supports its physicians with comprehensive administrative and clinical assistance, enabling providers to focus on delivering outstanding medical care.
Offering competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid family leave, retirement plans with employer match, continuing medical education allowance, and paid time off, this position provides a supportive and rewarding work environment. Physicians joining this concierge practice can expect a career that values quality over quantity, emphasizing personalized care and professional fulfillment in a community-focused healthcare setting.
