The company provides memorable experiences to guests attending concerts, sports events, and other entertainment activities, emphasizing customer service and enhancing guest engagement. Olympia Entertainment is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment, providing a collaborative work environment that values integrity, professionalism, and passion for entertainment. They are dedicated to creating a positive work culture and fostering growth opportunities for employees.

This role is an essential ambassador position within Ilitch Sports + Entertainment, primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. The role involves welcoming and greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of private clubs and premium areas across multiple venues. Employees in this position are expected to be proactive in resolving guest concerns from initial discovery through resolution, engage with guests by building rapport especially with season ticket holders and repeat visitors, and consistently uphold venue and company policies.

Working in this role requires individuals who are approachable, attentive, and capable of handling situations that may arise during events with professionalism and calmness. Flexibility is crucial, as team members need to be available to work 80 percent of all ticketed events at various Olympia Entertainment venues. The job demands strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address safety concerns for guests and colleagues proactively.

The role also emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence such as self-awareness, empathy, and social skills to enhance guest interactions. A positive attitude, adaptability to changing circumstances, passion for helping people, and engaging positively with guests and team members are key traits for success. This position may involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays and requires physical stamina to stand for long periods, climb stairs, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, and work in loud and sometimes unpredictable environments.

Olympia Entertainment ensures an inclusive hiring process and provides reasonable accommodations for applicants needing assistance. Employees in this role are vital to maintaining the premium experience that guests expect and contribute significantly to the reputation and success of the company's live entertainment venues. This opportunity suits candidates who are passionate about delivering extraordinary service and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
