Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- One to two years of customer service related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet all guests and assist with their questions or needs
- Maintain the integrity and exclusivity of private clubs and premium areas at multiple venues
- Own guest concerns from initial discovery through resolution during events
- Engage guests including building rapport with season ticket holders and repeat guests
- Uphold venue and company policies consistently
- Proactively be aware of situations affecting guest and colleague safety
- Problem solve
- Be available to work 80% of all ticketed events at designated venues
