Job Description
Bridge Senior Living is a distinguished senior living company recognized for providing compassionate care and exceptional services to older adults. As a certified Great Place to Work for 2025-2026, Bridge Senior Living stands out for fostering a supportive and positive work environment where employees can grow both personally and professionally. The company operates various senior living communities, focusing on creating welcoming and comfortable living spaces tailored to meet the unique needs of residents. At Bridge Senior Living, the commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors is matched by a dedication to supporting their workforce with competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
We are currently seeking dedicated Concierge PRNs available for all shifts to join our vibrant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and supporting a dynamic residential environment. The employment type is Part-time (PRN), designed to offer flexibility with competitive pay. Concierges are the first friendly face residents and visitors encounter, playing a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring smooth communication throughout the community. This position requires someone who is personable, professional, and attentive to the needs of both residents and staff.
The Concierge will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and visitors professionally, managing all front desk operations including sign-in and sign-out procedures for visitors and vendors, handling incoming calls, and coordinating communications regarding guests, packages, and deliveries. They will act as a key point of contact, accommodating residents' requests and referring them to appropriate staff when necessary, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The role also involves performing a variety of clerical tasks that help maintain the efficiency and order of the community’s front desk.
Bridge Senior Living offers numerous benefits for its associates, including a $1,000 employee referral bonus designed to reward team members who help bring new talent to the company. Associates are also eligible for tuition reimbursement after three months of full-time employment, supporting continued education and professional growth. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, next day pay options through PayActiv, excellent health insurance plans starting at just $75 per month for full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package. This supportive and enriching work environment ensures that all employees can thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the seniors they serve.
