Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
CPR certified
Minimum of one year related work experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional and courteous demeanor
Willingness to work flexible shifts

Job Duties

Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished and professional manner
Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors
Handle and direct incoming phone calls
Inform residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries
Accommodate residents' requests for assistance by referring to other staff as necessary
