As a certified Great Place to Work for 2025-2026, Bridge Senior Living prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees are valued, respected, and given opportunities for personal and professional growth. The community emphasizes a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement, which directly contributes to delivering exceptional service to its residents. Employees are empowered to make a positive impact not only within the community but also in their own lives by thriving in their roles and finding fulfillment through meaningful interactions with residents and colleagues. The company is known for offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and various incentives that make it an attractive employer in the senior care industry.
The Concierge role at Bridge Senior Living is an integral part of the community’s resident engagement and operational excellence. As a Concierge, you will be the friendly face greeting residents and visitors, providing assistance and information, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including signing in visitors and vendors, handling phone calls, and ensuring residents are informed of guests, deliveries, and other important notices. The Concierge also serves as a direct point of contact for residents’ inquiries, assisting with requests, and ensuring any needs are appropriately addressed by referring to relevant staff members when necessary.
Bridge Senior Living offers the Concierge role primarily as a PRN (pro re nata or as needed) position across all shifts, providing flexibility for those looking to work part-time or supplement their existing schedule. The company supports its employees with a $1,000 employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement eligibility after three months of full-time employment, competitive pay packages, and 401(k) plans with company matching contributions. Additional benefits include health insurance available at affordable rates starting at $75 per month for full-time associates and the convenience of next day pay through PayActiv. Bridge Senior Living is committed to equal employment opportunities and provides accommodations for applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process, promoting an accessible and inclusive workplace for all.
