The Resident Services Associate at FS Residential is a key member of the residential services team, responsible for ensuring residents receive prompt, personalized, and high-quality assistance tailored to their needs. This part-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 to $18.00 and a schedule of Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The role requires a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service and possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The primary focus is on providing information and services that enhance the residents' living experience, addressing their questions and needs efficiently and courteously.
In this role, the associate acts as a liaison between residents and the management office, facilitating smooth communication, organizing service resources, and managing guest suite reservations through the Connect Resident Portal. The position demands someone who can anticipate residents' needs by understanding their preferences, mood, and style, then proactively offer customized options or itineraries. The Resident Services Associate also maintains confidentiality to protect guest privacy and the organization's reputation and contributes to continual service improvement by gathering and evaluating resident feedback.
Additional responsibilities include managing messages, assisting with account setups and vendor access, processing payments through ClickPay, and ensuring guest suites meet cleanliness and stocking standards before and after guest stays. Staff members in this role must be knowledgeable about building emergency procedures and respond quickly and accurately in case of emergencies, maintaining a safe environment for all. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to document incidents and communicate effectively with other team members through the company's message board system.

- Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs

- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- two or more years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- computer literacy including Word, Excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
- strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- must be punctual and reliable

- maintains accurate guest suite calendar and assists residents in making guest suite reservations
- inspects guest suites before check-in to ensure cleanliness and stocking
- inspects guest suites after check-out for damage or missing items
- processes resident payments accurately in ClickPay
- learns and understands building emergency procedures and executes them
- documents all incidents and important shift info in Teams message board
- delivers packages and food deliveries to residents’ vestibules
- performs additional duties as assigned by management
