The Concierge position at Trinity Woods represents the front line of customer service, serving as the key point of contact within the Crestwood front desk and lobby area. This role is instrumental in ensuring that members, visitors, and staff receive exemplary service, answering questions, managing inquiries, and providing support in a professional and courteous manner. The position operates on a part-time weekend schedule, specifically Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, making it ideal for individuals seeking a flexible role within a supportive community setting. The Concierge is also responsible for managing communication channels, coordinating member services such as transportation and reservations, and overseeing essential administrative tasks. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- minimum of two years experience in a similar concierge or administrative assistant position
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- exceptional communication, customer service and people skills
- good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
- ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

Job Duties
- Provides overall management of the Crestwood front desk and graciously greets members, visitors, and employees
- receives incoming phone calls and directs to proper members and staff
- maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and contact information for members and staff
- addresses questions and concerns of members and provides support to the Director of Member Services
- coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and sorts and delivers to appropriate mail locations
- maintains member reservation books for guest room, restaurant, and special events
- manages Point of Sales (POS) services including check cashing, stamps, movie tickets, etc.
- coordinates transportation needs of the Residential Living members and communicates with the Supervisor of Transportation
- receives and records requests from members for maintenance work orders and enters work orders into the maintenance software program
