The Concierge role at Trinity Woods presents a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exemplary customer service and contributing to a positive living environment. This position, based at the Crestwood front desk and lobby area, is central to managing the initial point of contact for members, visitors, and employees. The Concierge is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and professional interaction with all community visitors and members, serving as the face of Trinity Woods in the Crestwood area. Operating primarily on a part-time weekend schedule, the role requires working Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Sundays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

In this role, the Concierge is expected to uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods and embody its core values by delivering courteous, efficient, and personalized service. The job focuses on managing multiple administrative and service-oriented tasks, including handling incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting mail and packages, coordinating member transportation, and managing reservations for various community amenities. The Concierge also plays a crucial role in maintaining communication logs, assisting with maintenance requests, and supporting the Director of Member Services with member inquiries and concerns.

Candidates for this position should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills alongside basic computer proficiency and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal Concierge shows initiative by working with minimal supervision, demonstrates a friendly and professional demeanor, and has previous experience in a similar role. Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • minimum of two years experience in a similar concierge or administrative assistant position
  • ability to work with minimal supervision

  • ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Provides overall management of the Crestwood front desk and graciously greets members, visitors, and employees
  • receives incoming phone calls and directs to proper members and staff
  • maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and contact information for members and staff
  • addresses questions and concerns of members and provides support to the Director of Member Services
  • coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and special deliveries for the Crestwood community
  • maintains member reservation books for guest room, restaurant, and special events
  • manages Point of Sales services including check cashing, stamps, movie tickets, etc.
  • coordinates transportation needs of the Residential Living members and communicates with the Supervisor of Transportation
  • receives and records requests from members for maintenance work orders and enters work orders into the maintenance software program
