The role we seek to fill is that of a Receptionist, who serves as the welcoming face and initial point of contact for The Harrison. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate recipients, providing essential information such as the community's address, directions, fax numbers, and website. You will greet and guide visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinate express mail services including FedEx and UPS, and resolve customer questions and concerns effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude towards seniors, and a strong commitment to teamwork. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth community operations and creating a positive first impression for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
