The Children’s Concierge role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates typically possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Georgia driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance since the position involves driving as part of errand running services.
The job responsibilities are varied and encompass maintaining detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly concierge activities, managing corporate credit card reconciliation, and delivering outstanding customer service by being responsive and organized. Additionally, the Children’s Concierge helps foster positive relationships with employees, participates in benefits fairs and recruiting events as needed, and even provides notary services upon request.
