The Concierge position at The Legacy at Falcon Point, part of Magnolia Place, offers a rewarding part-time opportunity for individuals passionate about serving seniors and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. The role is designed to support residents and visitors by providing excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within the community. This position offers 10-hour shifts from 8 am to 6 pm, three days a week, making it ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule. The starting wage for the role ranges between $14.00 and $16.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position within the senior living environment.

The Concierge not only greets visitors and answers inquiries but also plays a crucial role in maintaining communication between residents, their families, and the care team. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors promptly and courteously
  • Answer phone calls and respond to resident and visitor inquiries
  • Provide information about the facility and its services
  • Assist residents and visitors with directions and general assistance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and other departments
  • Handle multiple tasks and requests efficiently during shifts
