The Concierge position at The Legacy at Falcon Point, part of Magnolia Place, offers a rewarding part-time opportunity for individuals passionate about serving seniors and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives. The role is designed to support residents and visitors by providing excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within the community. This position offers 10-hour shifts from 8 am to 6 pm, three days a week, making it ideal for individuals seeking a flexible work schedule. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and take direction on multiple tasks
- Passion for serving seniors
- Commitment to teamwork and respect for others

- Availability to work 10-hour shifts three days a week part time
- Reside or commute to Katy, TX area
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls and respond to resident and visitor inquiries

- Assist residents and visitors with directions and general assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with the care team and other departments
- Handle multiple tasks and requests efficiently during shifts
