The Concierge role at Revel Communities provides an essential frontline presence, offering residents and guests a warm and polished welcome that enhances their overall experience. This full-time position, working Fridays from 11 PM to 7 AM with a competitive compensation of $17.20 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, is fundamental to maintaining the community’s exceptional hospitality standards. As a Concierge, the individual will manage the front desk and lobby area with organization and care, handle phone communications, greet and assist residents or guests, and coordinate transportation logistics. The position demands proactive multitasking capabilities, friendly demeanor, and comfort with basic office technology usage. Additionally, the Concierge supports various community functions including mail handling, managing deliveries and supplies, event assistance, and facilitating smooth communication and scheduling.
