The Concierge position at Auberge is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-centered role. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff, the Concierge plays a critical part in creating a positive impression and upholding the highest standards of service. This job requires a combination of receptionist duties along with clerical support to the Business Office Manager, including tasks related to human resources, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll assistance. Due to the constant interaction with diverse groups, the role demands tact, sensitivity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to ensure that every interaction promotes satisfaction and trust.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient PC skills
- Ability to operate a switchboard
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred

Job Duties
- Perform receptionist duties including answering multi-line phone systems
- Provide clerical support to the Business Office Manager
- Assist with human resources-related tasks as assigned
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help with payroll-related functions as needed
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents, families, and employees
- Ensure resident and family satisfaction through tact and sensitivity
