The Concierge Part-Time role at BEST presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is scheduled for 24 hours per week, running Monday through Thursday from 7:45 am to 2:15 pm CST, and reports directly to the Regional Manager. The concierge is an essential team member charged with supporting the employees of BEST’s clients by proactively anticipating their needs and responding promptly to incoming service requests. The Concierge’s primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience, handling a variety of service tasks such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning corporate events, facilitating shipping needs, and more. Accuracy in capturing service activities using BEST’s dedicated service management platform is critical for maintaining seamless operation and quality assurance.
