The role available at Senior Lifestyle is centered around offering frontline assistance to residents, guests, and vendors within the community. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe, hospitable, and efficiently managed living environment. As a team member in this role, you will be expected to greet residents warmly, assist visitors including prospective residents and their families, and respond to telephone inquiries with professionalism and care. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety systems such as surveillance cameras and alarms, investigating any unusual activity, and processing essential reports related to work orders, incidents, and concerns.
Your duties will include handling deliveries such as packages, plants, and prescription medications, maintaining access logs for community keys and gate passes, and providing administrative support to other departments as needed. Importantly, you will be an ambassador for the community’s values, ensuring that concerns from residents, families, and employees are addressed promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout your interactions with all residents, visitors, and coworkers is vital to the success of this role.

Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain the sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure resident, family and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
