Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Proficient with computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
  • Capable of making independent decisions when warranted
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity
  • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful personality
  • Ability to work as part of a team and efficiently handle multiple tasks

  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Monitor safety by checking surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms
  • Investigate unusual activity
  • Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs, or hold them as requested
  • Maintain the sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • Assist other departments with administrative functions
  • Ensure timely response and follow-up to resident, family, and employee concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
