Job Description

Watermark Retirement Communities is a leader in senior housing with more than 30 years of experience dedicated to creating extraordinary and innovative communities where people thrive. The company is committed to building not just a community for the residents but also a supportive, enriching environment for its team members. Watermark envisions a new era of Senior Living excellence and innovation, inviting passionate individuals to join in shaping the future of senior care and lifestyle. As a premier retirement community, Watermark is recognized for its high-quality services and dedication to resident satisfaction, positioning itself as a dream workplace for professionals in the senior living sector.

The Evening Concierge role at Watermark Retirement Communities represents a pivotal position within the organization. This part-time role, scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, places the concierge at the forefront of the resident and visitor experience. As the first point of contact, the concierge is more than a receptionist — they are a vital component of the community’s daily operations and resident satisfaction. This role demands individuals who are kind, patient, highly organized, and deeply committed to delivering extraordinary service. It is ideal for candidates who value building meaningful relationships with seniors and understand the importance of representing the community with professionalism and warmth.

The Evening Concierge will be responsible for making every resident, family member, and visitor feel uniquely valued and important. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. Those with a passion for serving seniors and previous concierge experience will find this role rewarding both professionally and personally. In return, Watermark offers competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holiday, and sick pay, and opportunities for ongoing education and professional development. Additionally, associates have access to immediate earned income through the Dayforce Wallet mobile app and enjoy easy shift scheduling through a convenient app platform. Recognition, rewards, and associate discounts further enhance the employee experience.

Watermark Retirement Communities promotes diversity and inclusion, proudly embracing candidates from all backgrounds. The company is committed to equal opportunity employment and values the contributions of minorities, females, veterans, LGBTQ individuals, and persons with disabilities. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact within a respected and innovative senior living community while growing their career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
