Currently, Sagewood is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge to join its team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a schedule tailored to provide work-life balance, covering shifts on Monday and Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm, Saturday from 2pm to 8pm, and Sunday from 8am to 2pm. A flu vaccination is required for all employees, underscoring Sagewood's commitment to health and safety. The Concierge position is vital in shaping the residents' first impression and ongoing experience by providing courteous and efficient front desk support. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and vendors; managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately; coordinating resident transportation and guest suite reservations; assisting with activity and event reservations; and liaising with security and valet staff to ensure all resident needs are met. This role demands strong communication skills, an organized and detail-oriented approach, proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
