Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and warmly both in person and by phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Commitment to fostering a welcoming environment
- Basic proficiency in computer applications

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and team members in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments and associates
- Share information and promote community programs, events, and activities
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond appropriately
- Support the Business Office Manager with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and data entry
- Help maintain a smooth, organized front desk operation that reflects RUI's hospitality standards
