Job Duties
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals events attractions restaurants tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs and assists with loading unloaded as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
