The role of Concierge at Ivy Park Roseville is pivotal in ensuring a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and fulfilling resident requests while also providing clerical support to the administrative staff. This entails managing multi-line telephone systems and organizing tours of the campus, all conducted in alignment with the company's mission and values. The Concierge contributes directly to the community's culture by providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive interactions across departments.
Scheduled on Mondays and Fridays from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm, the Concierge position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety are vital. Responsibilities include monitoring the emergency alert system and promptly responding to calls to maintain resident safety. The Concierge also manages incoming and outgoing mail and ensures the business center operates efficiently. This role requires someone who excels in teamwork and can interact professionally and compassionately with residents, colleagues, and visitors alike. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Comply with Oakmont Management Group’s health and safety policies, including vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements

Job Duties
- Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
- Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
