The role available at Clarendale of Chandler is that of a hospitality-focused Concierge, a pivotal position that serves as the community's first point of contact. Starting at $17.00 per hour, this full-time role requires weekend availability, reflecting the 24/7 nature of senior living services. As a Concierge, you will be the first smile and warm greeting that residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors, and service providers encounter when arriving at the community. The Concierge is responsible for a diverse range of duties, including ongoing telephone coverage, problem-solving for residents and visitors while balancing organizational objectives, and logistical tasks such as accepting and logging deliveries. Job Duties

  • Provide ongoing telephone coverage
  • solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and ensure proper service

  • prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • assist management with projects and assignments
