The Concierge position at The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an essential role that bridges administrative expertise with exceptional customer service. This multifunctional job demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in administrative duties including MS Office. As the central point of contact within the Health Center and Clubhouse, the Concierge plays a vital role in greeting Members and guests warmly, making them feel welcome, respected, and valued. This role is pivotal to maintaining a positive image of the Cedars Service Team through outstanding public relations and personalized interaction. The Concierge ensures a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors and members, handling inquiries and coordinating services that contribute to the overall quality of life for residents. The position requires a person who is empathetic, attentive to detail, well-organized, and capable of fostering trusting relationships within a culture of caring.

Working hours for the Concierge role are scheduled to provide key coverage during afternoons and weekends, specifically Thursday to Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This schedule underscores the importance of the Concierge’s presence during peak times when members and guests are most likely to need assistance. The position requires a unique blend of administrative prowess and customer service experience, with preference given to individuals who have prior experience in a similar environment.
