Job Description

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is a premier upscale retirement community dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through compassionate care and exceptional service. Nestled in a welcoming and vibrant environment, The Cedars is home to over 400 Members, offering a wide range of amenities and personalized support to help residents enjoy life to the fullest. The Concierge role at The Cedars of Chapel Hill plays a crucial multifunctional position within the community. This role is essential for creating extraordinary first impressions by acting as the central point of contact for both residents and guests at the Health Center and Clubhouse. The Concierge is responsible for greeting all visitors warmly and professionally, making each individual feel welcomed and important. This role demands strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency with MS Office and administrative tasks. It requires dynamic public relations abilities to represent the community positively and to build trusting relationships with Members and their families. The Concierge is tasked with not only providing administrative support but also delivering impeccable customer service that exemplifies the values of The Cedars.

Working hours for this role are Thursday to Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM, every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Administrative and customer service experience is preferred, reflecting the importance of interacting empathetically and professionally with residents who expect the highest quality of care and attention. Job Requirements
