The Concierge role at PSL plays a vital part in the daily operations within their senior living communities. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for serving seniors and who desire to contribute positively to residents' lives on a regular basis. As the first point of contact, the Concierge is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that embodies the organization's mission to celebrate and enhance all lives with kindness and integrity. Working flexible shifts such as 8am to 4pm and 4pm to 8pm, the Concierge engages in a variety of tasks ranging from communication and organizational duties to providing essential support and information to residents and visitors.

The Concierge position requires empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. In addition to ensuring smooth daily operations, the Concierge supports team collaboration and upholds the highest standards of accountability and care. Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments

  • Support staff and management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Facilitate communication between residents, families, and care teams
  • Demonstrate empathy and provide emotional support to residents when appropriate
