With a strong emphasis on purpose-driven care and a commitment to excellence, HumanGood continuously strives to foster a sense of belonging, wellbeing, and opportunity for both residents and team members. This organization is well-known for its innovative approaches to senior living, blending compassionate care, community integration, and elevated living standards to ensure its residents feel at home and valued every day.
The role of Concierge at HumanGood is pivotal as the first point of contact and a key ambassador of hospitality within the community. Under general supervision, the Concierge is tasked with providing exceptional hospitality services, greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors. This position plays a critical role in managing communications both externally and internally by handling calls and relaying messages efficiently. The Concierge supports the marketing and sales efforts by providing comprehensive community information to inquiries, helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages prospective residents.
In addition to serving as a warm and knowledgeable front desk presence, the Concierge assists with various resident services, including coordinating transportation, managing mail and deliveries, and organizing visitor access. The role requires a commitment to maintaining the privacy, rights, and safety of residents at all times, ensuring a secure and respectful living environment. The Concierge also disseminates important information via telephone and in-person interactions, operates various office and communication equipment such as telephone consoles, fax machines, printers, and copiers, and performs light administrative and clerical duties.
This position demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Concierge must be adaptable, with availability to work varied shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. For Tower shifts, hours run from 8 AM to 4 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM, while Skilled shifts include 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and weekend hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Compensation is competitive at $18.70 per hour.

Along with a fulfilling career that enriches lives, team members enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support their health, wealth, and well-being. This supportive environment offers opportunities for career growth, personal development, and leadership skill acquisition, making it a rewarding choice for those passionate about hospitality and senior care. Joining HumanGood means being part of a community that values each individual’s full potential and works together to help everyone thrive.
