Job Requirements

- prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and related details
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
