As a luxury lifestyle hotel, it aims to provide an authentic and inspiring experience for new-age San Franciscans and visitors alike.

The hotel prides itself on delivering exceptional guest service through a team committed to exceeding expectations while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Employees are valued for their role as friendly and knowledgeable resources who can engage with luxury lifestyle guests authentically and meaningfully. The Jay offers competitive benefits, including comprehensive medical plans, free employee meals per shift, discounted public transportation, and all associate outings, fostering a positive work environment where staff can grow and contribute to the hotel's success. This position represents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team during an exciting period of growth and development at one of San Francisco's most distinguished destinations.

This includes providing information on dining, entertainment, sports events, tours, and cultural activities, as well as offering directions and handling guest communications such as messages, mail, and packages. The ideal candidate will have experience in a public contact position, with hotel experience preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences are essential. This is an hourly position offering a competitive wage of $36.10 and includes a range of benefits.
