The role of Concierge at Clarendale of Chandler is an integral part of this welcoming environment. This position focuses heavily on hospitality, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. The Concierge embodies the community’s commitment to excellent service by greeting everyone warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere from the moment someone arrives. With a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, this role requires availability during weekends and holidays, reflecting the community’s dedication to continuous support and engagement. The Concierge is responsible for a variety of duties including managing telephone coverage, resolving issues efficiently and courteously, accepting and documenting deliveries, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting management with various projects. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- starting wage of $17.00 an hour
- availability to provide telephone coverage
- ability to solve resident, guest, vendor, and supplier issues appropriately
- capability to accept and document package deliveries
- competency in preparing maintenance work orders
- willingness to assist management with various projects
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- excellent telephone communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational objectives and ensure individuals feel appropriately served
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify recipients
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested
- assist management with projects and assignments
- greet residents and guests warmly and professionally
- maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
