The Concierge role at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa is a vital part of creating a welcoming and secure environment for residents, guests, and visitors. This on-call position offers flexibility with four-hour shifts and competitive pay ranging from $18.21 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience. Prior experience is not required, and the company provides comprehensive training to ensure success. Concierges are responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging property tours, answering multi-line telephones, and providing clerical support to administrative staff. The job requires maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle emergency response systems promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs
- possess excellent customer service skills
- must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- willing to follow COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination and use of PPE
- prior experience in hospitality or senior living preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- excellent customer service skills
- able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- willing to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear PPE as required per regulatory guidelines
Job Duties
- Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service
- answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
- monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
- effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
