The role of High-Rise Concierge at Rise AMG is an integral position within the luxury high-rise condominium environment. This part-time role, located in the 77019 area of Texas, offers an hourly wage between $15.50 and $16.50. As a High-Rise Concierge, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to residents and guests, creating a warm and professional atmosphere that enhances the residential living experience. The concierge acts as the front-line representative for the community, greeting visitors and residents, managing access control, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring superior time management and problem-solving skills. Key duties include daily building walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and orderliness, handling residents’ needs such as mail and package processing, assisting with transportation and reservations, and coordinating community-specific services. The concierge maintains knowledge of local attractions and amenities to provide residents with valuable insights, thereby enhancing the five-star residential lifestyle.
The position also involves administrative responsibilities such as completing daily activity reports, incident reports, and supporting presentations with tools like PowerPoint. Attention to safety protocols and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times are critical components of the role. This position reports directly to the Lead Concierge and Regional Director, ensuring a collaborative work environment with clear lines of communication.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
- ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
- willingness to work scheduled hours including Sunday to Monday 12 am to 8 am and Tuesday 4 pm to 12 am
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration desired
- minimum of one year of high-end or luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor with ability to work with diverse people
- team player with a strong work ethic
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems
Job Duties
- Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve
- warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property
- maintains an active presence at the front desk
- monitors and announces visitors and controls access to the property
- reviews access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity according to front desk procedures
- provides PowerPoint support for reports and presentations
- acts as a technology expert ready to engage with systems and help homeowners with queries
- completes daily walk-throughs of the building to ensure community upkeep and cleanliness
- processes incoming mail and outgoing packages
- answers questions, makes recommendations, and arranges services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, personal shopping, health and beauty services, cultural events, travel and meeting planning, dry cleaning delivery, and coordinates housekeeping or other community-specific services
- possesses in-depth knowledge of local attractions and special services to enhance a five-star residential-living experience
- maintains familiarity with all community amenities and activities
- gives directions to amenities and events within the property
- adheres to all front desk procedures including reviewing and completing daily activity reports, completing incident reports for management, and responding to emergency situations
- undertakes administrative tasks related to the front desk
- ensures resident and guest concerns are resolved professionally and promptly
- reports to lead concierge and regional director
- maintains a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times
- follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
- performs other job-related duties as directed
