We are presently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Concierge to join our team at Park Lane at Garden State Park, a luxury residential property located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This position is essential to maintaining and enhancing the daily operations of our leasing and management office. The Concierge acts as the primary point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and guests, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and seamless living environment. This role requires flexibility as it includes working weekends and evenings, with shifts tailored to meet community needs.
As a Concierge at Edgewood Properties, you will be at the heart of community engagement, resident relations, and operational support. You’ll help oversee the front desk, warmly greeting residents and visitors, assisting with key and gate card requests, and providing detailed information about community amenities. Your responsibilities will extend to managing service requests to maintain resident satisfaction and engagement, as well as coordinating events and community activities to strengthen the resident experience. You will support the execution of resident events such as social gatherings, celebrations, and milestones, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Additionally, you will handle package management, ensuring the accurate processing and distribution of deliveries with timely resident notifications. Administrative duties will include maintaining office readiness, supporting Property Managers, and managing scheduling and communications. The role also involves updating the community's social media platforms to showcase the lifestyle and promote available housing units, requiring familiarity with digital communication tools.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends and evenings with flexible shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Knowledge of lease management and maintenance coordination basics

Job Duties
- Oversee the front desk, warmly greeting residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
- Provide community and amenity information, assist residents with key/gate card requests, and facilitate inquiries
- Offer refreshments to guests waiting to meet with a leasing consultant
- Assist with service requests by entering them into the system or guiding residents on self-submission
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the community to provide recommendations for local dining and entertainment options
- Engage with residents and prospective residents to enhance customer experience and resident retention
- Support the Senior Concierge, Resident Specialist, and Leasing Team in planning and executing resident events such as parties, movie nights, and special celebrations
- Arrange small gestures for resident milestones, including birthdays, engagements, weddings, and losses
- Manage the package room, ensuring accurate acceptance, resident notifications, and proper distribution
- Maintain office cleanliness, restock coffee bars, and monitor office supplies
- Prepare leasing materials such as brochures and floor plans for prospective residents
- Ensure model and vacant units are clean and ready for tours
- Handle opening and closing procedures for the leasing office, ensuring readiness each day
- Route calls efficiently, schedule tours and appointments, and assist with general inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed
- Oversee the weekly Sunday breakfast, including shopping, setup, and cleanup
- Regularly update the community's social media platforms with high-quality content showcasing the community lifestyle and promoting available units
