This role functions as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, prospects, and vendors within the apartment community, acting as both a hospitality ambassador and a sales consultant. As a Concierge with Village Green, the successful candidate will have a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales assistance, and community engagement. This position is particularly integral during the overnight shift, from 12am to 8am, providing vital support when the leasing office is either closed or otherwise occupied.
The Concierge's core responsibilities include greeting residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, managing front desk operations such as visitor check-ins and package receipt, and facilitating resident services including amenity reservations and maintenance follow-ups. Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and prospects warmly and professionally
- Manage lobby/front desk operations, including package handling, visitor check-in, and access control

- Assist with scheduling tours and managing the guest log
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance with resident inquiries or concerns
