Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality, or customer service industry
- ability to work specified hours including days, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
- meet physical and mental requirements to perform essential job functions
- compliance with safety laws and regulations
- maintain confidentiality
- work effectively in a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality, or customer service industry
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of healthcare facility operations preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Greet patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups
- serve as an information resource and navigator for patients, families, staff, and community
- promote services within the facility and collaborate with appropriate departments to ensure up-to-date information
- provide technology support including room scheduling, equipment needs, room set-up and tear down
- identify trends of inquiry and recommend service improvements
