Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
  • Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests
  • Must meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with hospitality, receptionist, or lobbyist roles
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft suite programs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Caring and compassionate attitude
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet, assist, and provide customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of front lobby and order administrative/general supplies, schedule maintenance of copier/printer in a timely manner
  • Assist management team with administrative scheduling duties including meetings, trainings, interviews, and new hire orientations
  • Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents
  • Answer multi-line phone system and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with limited supervision
  • Use Outlook and Microsoft suite programs to support administrative tasks
