This mission is central to the culture and operations at Larksfield Place, making it not just a place to live, but a dynamic community where engagement, respect, and care are deeply embedded values.
The concierge role at Larksfield Place is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, offering a starting pay of $15.00 per hour based on experience. This position is critical as it serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff during the second shift. The concierge helps create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment by managing a variety of responsibilities. Beyond routine tasks, this role nurtures meaningful relationships with residents and contributes to an atmosphere of warmth and trust within the community. The position demands attentiveness to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism according to HIPAA guidelines. Joining Larksfield Place means becoming part of a team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of older adults and supporting their well-being with care and respect.
