The organization operates with a strong team-oriented culture and a growth mindset, empowering employees with the resources and opportunities to develop professionally and personally. Focused on delivering exceptional care and service, the community caters to seniors seeking an enhanced quality of life through thoughtful support and vibrant social experiences.

The part-time Concierge Front Desk Receptionist Guest Relations role at Heritage Senior Living in Middleton presents a unique opportunity to join this dynamic, mission-driven team. Scheduled primarily on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend, this position plays a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of residents, visitors, families, and staff. Candidates with experience in hospitality, receptionist duties, or lobbying, and who are proficient with technology such as Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, will thrive in this environment.

Heritage Senior Living offers immediate pay with on-demand access to earnings as they are accrued, a flexible scheduling system designed to accommodate various lifestyles, and a comprehensive benefits package. This package includes a 401k plan with company match, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and an employee discount program.
