The organization operates within the senior living industry, offering high-quality residential care and services that prioritize the well-being, comfort, and dignity of its residents.
We are currently seeking a Concierge Front Desk Receptionist for a casual position that requires availability every other weekend. This role is pivotal within our community, as it serves as the first point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and staff members. The Concierge is expected to embody a caring and compassionate attitude, demonstrating true concern for the people they serve. This position not only demands strong customer service skills but also requires discretion and professionalism, given that the work environment involves sensitive resident and guest areas.
The Concierge Front Desk Receptionist at Heritage Senior Living will be responsible for a wide range of duties that support the daily operations of the facility. These include providing excellent customer service and assistance in the front lobby area, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the lobby, and managing administrative supplies and equipment such as copiers and printers. Additionally, this role provides critical support to the management team by helping with scheduling meetings, trainings, interviews, and new hire orientations. The Concierge must be comfortable multitasking, answering multi-line phone systems, and utilizing technology efficiently, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.
Joining Heritage Senior Living means access to a flexible schedule that accommodates diverse lifestyles, as well as immediate pay options enabling on-demand access to wages as you work. The organization also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401k plan with company match, medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, and an employee discount program. These benefits reflect the company's commitment to supporting its employees' health, financial security, and overall well-being.
To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a strong hospitality or receptionist background combined with a technology-savvy approach. Heritage Senior Living values team players who can work collaboratively but are also capable of functioning independently with minimal supervision. The ability to maintain the privacy and dignity of residents at all times is essential, alongside upholding a professional and welcoming front desk environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a part-time position in a supportive and nurturing workplace that emphasizes personal growth and community contribution.
