Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years concierge operations experience
- high school education or equivalent
- ability to handle guest requests promptly

Job Duties
- Ensure guest requests are handled in a timely manner
- be fully knowledgeable of hotel facilities
- be proactive and take initiative to update files and create new ones
- advise guests of points of interest in the surrounding area, quickly and efficiently able to orient guests, and provide directions and in-depth recommendations
- confirm bookings for theater, tours
- able to develop an extensive local network in order to better and faster serve the Fontainebleau guests
- be a team player with good communications with teammates
- be willing to adapt to changes in job requirements
- be comfortable in a demanding and high-end environment and be able to work under pressure
- work with integrity, respect all team members
- be willing to continuously increase knowledge and update information
