Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in office or concierge support preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer service experience
  • Availability to work in person during summer
  • Flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and customer support calls
  • Office management experience including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Work schedule flexibility

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for community events or services
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents
  • Support office management
  • Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing timely resolutions
  • Organize and manage files, correspondence, and other administrative paperwork
