The role of Concierge at Revel Communities is a vital front-of-house position that significantly impacts the resident and guest experience. This overnight shift position, scheduled from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM without fixed days, requires a warm, organized, and proactive individual who can set the tone for a pleasant and seamless living environment. As the first point of contact, the Concierge will greet residents and guests with polish and care, manage phone calls, handle requests, and ensure the lobby and front desk are welcoming and well-organized. Additionally, the Concierge assists with mail, deliveries, supplies, transportation logistics, event support, communications, and scheduling. This role demands a multitasker comfortable with basic office technology and flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and varying overnight shifts.
