Job Description
Revel Communities is a prominent senior living company dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care and hospitality. As part of The Wolff Company, Revel Communities combines over 70 years of real estate experience with a deep understanding of hospitality, consumer experience, and residential living. This unique blend allows them to provide residents with an extraordinary life experience in their senior living communities. Revel Communities places a strong emphasis on supporting residents' well-being, fostering genuine connections, and celebrating their independence. Their approach to senior living challenges traditional norms by incorporating innovation, high standards, and a fresh perspective to create transformative experiences for both residents and team members.
Revel Communities values diversity and inclusivity, welcoming all qualified applicants and maintaining a welcoming and equitable work environment. They are committed to supporting career growth, professional development, and work-life balance for their employees. The company invests in its local neighborhoods by partnering with impactful nonprofits and promoting regular volunteering among team members.
The Concierge role at Revel Communities is a key front-of-house position that plays a vital role in shaping the resident and guest experience. This role requires a warm, polished, and proactive individual who will serve as the friendly face and first point of contact for residents and visitors. As a Concierge, you will greet residents and guests, handle phone calls, manage requests, and provide logistical support in a busy senior living community. Organizational skills are critical as you will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby and front desk, assisting with mail and deliveries, and managing supplies. In addition, you will coordinate transportation logistics, support community events, manage scheduling, and assist with communications.
This position is designed for someone who can multitask comfortably, demonstrates a positive attitude, and embraces a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts depending on operational needs. The Concierge is an essential team member that helps create a welcoming environment where hospitality and attention to detail shine, contributing significantly to the overall satisfaction and well-being of residents.
Revel Communities provides a competitive salary of $17.75 per hour for this position and offers a comprehensive total rewards package that supports well-being and professional growth. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick time (varying eligibility for part-time and full-time employees), medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff, on-demand pay, complimentary meals, and guest suite privileges. The company emphasizes a supportive workplace culture where organization and hospitality skills are valued, and team members have ample opportunities for career advancement and personal enrichment. Joining Revel Communities means becoming part of a team that not only values excellent service but also strives to create a positive impact in local communities and foster a sense of belonging for both residents and employees.
