The Concierge role at Revel Communities is a pivotal front-of-house position that greatly impacts the resident and guest experience. This is an opportunity to be the warm, welcoming face that sets the tone for visitors and residents alike. The role involves managing daily interactions at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service through greeting residents and guests, handling phone communications, and managing various requests with professionalism and care. In addition, the Concierge will maintain organization in the lobby area, assist with postal services and deliveries, and support administrative tasks such as coordinating transportation logistics, event assistance, scheduling, and internal communications. This role requires someone who is friendly, organized, and proactive, comfortable multitasking while maintaining a polished demeanor. The position offers a dynamic work environment within a supportive team that values hospitality and organization.
